Refund policy

1. Return Period

The Customer has 60 days from the date of receipt of their order to return one or more products, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be returned within 60 days of receipt
- Be in perfect condition, unused
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Procedure

Before making any return, the Customer must contact customer service at the following address: boutique.backpack.paris@gmail.com. The Customer must provide:

- Their order number
- The products in question
- The reason for the return (optional)

Upon approval, return instructions will be provided to the Customer.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility and must be sent to the following address:

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on the part of the Seller.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned products, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.

The refund will be issued:

- Via the same payment method used when placing the order
- Or in the form of a store credit (if offered and accepted by the Customer)

6. Non-Refundable Products

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

- Personalized products
- Used or damaged products
- Gift cards

7. Defective Products or Order Errors

In the event of a defective product or a product that does not match the order:

- The Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt
- Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller

A refund or exchange will be offered at the Customer’s discretion and subject to product availability.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible subject to stock availability. The Customer must follow the standard return procedure and specify that they wish to exchange the item.
