Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

Products available on backpack.paris can be delivered:

- to mainland France
- within the European Union
- internationally

Customers are advised to check delivery availability in their country when placing an order.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method:

- France: 2 to 3 days
- Europe: 3 to 5 business days
- International: 4 to 7 business days

These times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- the destination
- the weight of the package
- the selected shipping method

The exact amount is shown to the Customer before the order is confirmed. The Seller may occasionally offer free shipping under certain conditions (minimum order amount, promotional offers).

5. Carriers

Deliveries are handled by partner carriers selected by the Seller. The choice of carrier may vary depending on the destination and the options selected.

6. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the Customer. The Customer can track the shipment of their package directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Delays

In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer is asked to contact customer service. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to:

- the carrier
- exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions)

8. Delivery Issues

In the event of a problem (damaged, lost, or undelivered package), the Customer must:

- contact customer service as soon as possible
- provide all relevant information (order number, photos, etc.)

An investigation may be initiated with the carrier.

9. Delivery Address

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering. The Seller shall not be held liable in the event of:

- an incorrect address
- an inability to deliver due to incorrect information

Additional fees may be charged in the event of a reshipment.

10. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be required. These charges are the Customer’s responsibility and are at their expense.
